All the above equipments are integrated with existing machines, with suitable interlocks to ensure safty of job and opeators, and can be fully PLC controlled. Special arrangements, such as pneumatic stoppers for one piece flow, pneumatic or dead weight flaps to allow operator movement can also be incorporatd.
We are also able to assist customers launch a new model or variant of existing product, using the existing assembly lline, by desiging common fixtures, and carrying our suitable modifications to various equipments. |
