Utcon offers our customers a complete range of Electronic and Pneumatic Zero-G Manipulators, both indigenous (the Micro Force range developed in house) and imported, for the ergonomic handling of loads on machining, assembly, packaging and production lines.

In 2005, Utcon in association wint Scaglia Indeva S.p.A.; was the first company to introduce the Liftronic range of manipulators to the Indian market, Scaglia Indeva has over 3 decades of experience in the design, production and sale of these revolutionary manipulators.

All the manipulators are available with an innumerable variety of standard and customised end of arm tooling /end effectors / load attachments. Special grippers cn be designed to meet every customer's specific needs. All manipulators are available either with column, overhead rail or ceiling mounting.

Pneumatic Manipulators :
Pneumatic Manipulators, while offering many of hte above adcantages of electronic manipulators, can be used to effortlessly lift, move, turn and position any off-set load up to 250 kgs. They are reliable, robust and versatile in their operation and are available to suit every requirement.

Pick and Place Manipulators, Liner and Area Ganitries

Utcon Engineers can supply PlC contsrolled hydraulically/pneumatically/electrically operated pick and place manipulators for various applications.

Utcon Engineers has partnered with Reflex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai to design, assemble and sell fast, precise and highly reliable pneumatic pick and place systems using modular pneumatic components from gimatic S.p.A., for whom Reflex Technologies is the authorized distributor in India.

Utcon Engineers have recently entered into an agreement with Poona Automation, to provide linear and area gantries for all their plasma cutting appllications.
